Bench

Book an intake call

Start the conversation.

A 1-hour video call (or 30 minutes in person for gifted assessments). You tell me what you’ve been seeing. I’ll tell you whether what Bench does is the right fit — and if it’s not, I’ll point you toward something that is.

Step 1 of 2

About your child.

A few basics so I know who we’re talking about before we get on the call.

Examples: "reading is still really hard"; "his teacher says he’s not paying attention"; "we just need a WISC for the GATE application."

The intake is the first hour of the assessment, billed at $240. Prefer to talk first? A 15-minute consult call or email is free.

After you hit submit

Here's what to expect next.

  • Within 1 business day

I’ll email you to find a time.

I read every intake personally — there’s no coordinator in between. I’ll reply with a few time options that fit your availability. Most calls happen within a week of submitting.

  • On the call

We’ll talk through what you sent.

A 1-hour video call (or 30-min in person for gifted assessments). I’ll ask follow-up questions, gather the background I need, and we’ll go through consent together — and I’ll answer anything you want to know about the process.

  • After the call

    You decide what’s next.

No pressure to book testing on the call itself. You’ll leave with a clear sense of what’s involved, a real cost range, and the space to think it over before deciding anything.

If the form isn’t your thing.

Some people prefer forms; some prefer email. Either way works.

Send me a few sentences about what you’ve been seeing with your child, and I’ll get back to you to set up a call.
